Yes. Emerald financing is available as a standalone option or alongside a conventional bank mortgage. Some buyers choose to put the minimum down with Emerald financing initially, then refinance with their bank once the home is appraised. We're flexible and will work with whatever structure makes the most sense for your situation.
Absolutely. Our Chief Legal Officer, Harold Medina, specializes in international law and has extensive experience structuring real estate purchases for foreign nationals. We accept ITIN in place of SSN, can structure purchases through an LLC or SPV for tax efficiency, and provide full bilingual legal support.
